Financially aware investors don't just put their money in any random investment; they perform a thorough analysis and commit capital only when there is a reasonable expectation of return for your investment.⠀

Two great questions which are coming up a lot with my clients. Read on and tell me if this applies to you too.
From a young age, you listened to what your teachers / parents / loved ones said and you worked hard to get a job and financial stability BUT now you've been in said job for quite a while and somewhere along the line, you stopped looking towards the future.
You now have no idea who you are anymore or what you want from your future. If you think about the future at all, you assume it is just about getting older or your future now revolves around your own children. There is nothing wrong with this but there is also nothing wrong with thinking about you and what you want either. Do you know what your values are and why they are important to you? Are you living your life in accordance with these values?
To help you, think about these questions so that you reconnect with yourself and find your own clarity on what you want for your future.
1. In your life, what are the activities you have enjoyed the most? Why?
2. What would you like loved ones to say about you?
3. If you knew you were not going to fail, what would you do tomorrow?
4. How would you like to make a difference in other peoples' lives (this can be about your loved ones or complete strangers)
If you want to read more about clarity, read my latest blog post. Link is in my bio.
Let me know what you come up with

• San Choy Bau •
Probably one of my most fav meals has to be San Choy Bau (lettuce wraps) - I just love the flavours in it, the crunchy lettuce that holds it all together and of course the sauce👌🏽 Tonight I played with a vegan recipe using mushrooms, brown lentils and asparagus as my base. I Sautéed them with fresh garlic and ginger, coconut aminos, fresh lime juice, sesame oil, Chinese 5 spice and a touch of coconut sugar (all to taste). Once taken off heat I mixed in fresh coriander, broccoli sprouts and chopped cashews😋 then served it with a side of sweet and spicy almond butter sauce... not a traditional San Choy Bau at all but SO YUMMY!
We don’t always need a recipe to create magic in the kitchen- so much of what I cook is to taste- to preference- and to what I have in the fridge. I swear the hardest part for me is remembering what I did so I can share it with y’all 😂😂 So play, experiment and most importantly have fun with your food! Because your the one who has to eat it😝💜
Looking ahead into this week and feeling wonderful ✨ I will be editing this amazing ladies images and dreaming big about what’s to come ✨ This morning I read this inspiration quote by the fabulous late Carrie Fisher and felt it was rather fitting...”Stay afraid but do it anyway. What’s important is the action. You don’t have to wait to be confident, just do it and eventually the confidence will come” ✨ Hair and Make up by @nikkihairandmakeup
Today is my #Diaversary 💉
I was diagnosed 23 years ago with type 1 diabetes. .
For the past 23 years of my life, I have had to control my diet, eat on time, take insulin shots 15 mins before every meal, test my sugar 5 times a day, calculate my carb ratio to my insulin points, deal with highs and lows and then continue 'regular' life. Sounds quite hectic right ? .
But on the flip side, diabetes has:
⭐️Motivated me to work harder
⭐️Taught me #empathy and #compassion
⭐️Understand the importance of self-care
⭐️Never compare myself to others ⭐️Accept different life circumstances ⭐️Not care about others ignorant opinions ⭐️Live life to the fullest .
YOU ALL ARE STRONGER THAN WHAT YOU THINK 🙏🏼💙 STAY POSITIVE !
