Had to split this into 2 videos! Swipe ⬅️ to go ➡️ and watch how this image was made! I annotated a little bit of it to help anyone interested follow along what I was doing.
This was a rough image to edit - about 10 mins into the edit I realized the stitching from the pano mode in lightroom got all janky. Fixing that was a pain.

one of the characteristics of north american culture is that you can always start again. you can always move forward, cross a border of a state or a city or a county, and move west, most of the time west. leave behind guilt, past traditions, memories. | ↠ isabel allende
Sometimes you have to lose your balance in order to live a balanced life... this was not one of those times 😜
I am FINALLY going through hundreds, if not thousands (literally) pictures from my 10 years living overseas. And this is one of my favourite place when I visited Tasmania, during the time I was living in Australia, from 2009 to 2011.
I have for a long time been thinking and hesitating (also I guess I simply didn’t have the time) to share these photos, and they've been sitting on my HD …
But as I am now going through them, I’ll be sharing more on this platform, despite that I know IG is overloaded with amazing, high resolution photos, which has become the “norm”. But I feel that there's no point of leaving something behind, or being afraid of sharing, just because I think it’s “not good enough”… 🤷♀️
In an age of content overload, skepticism and digital isolation, the antidote is creative activism, and spiritual transformation.
With an open heart, we can leave behind rejection, and remind ourselves that the key to empowerment is self acceptance. If it's true, then this is all a dream.
Our beliefs should never be taken to the extreme and a sense of humor can help us to see that our only universal purpose is to learn how to Be 🦋
