Goals... What's heavy to you does not mean it's heavy to me. If I repping it than it's the weight I should be using. Hate hearing " I don't lift heavy cause I'm trying to tone up" . STOP IT. Real lifters lift heavy. I rep heavy and I am able to run a mile in 7min. For the body to change it has to go under new stress (muscle memory). Then it adapts to the weight. Than again you increase it. SO STOP IT.
