🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️if you purchased your spiralizer, used it once, forgot about it... go get it! I have the dinky, small $10 handheld one, as you can probably appreciate from these imperfect noodles, but it’s such a great tool for diversifying your veggie intake 🥕🍠🥦

Step 1: spiralize (arm workout, done)
Step 2: configure your add-ins. I layered in other pasta 🍝 (to give it more density, flavor, aaaand fiber). Mixed with a light avo sauce (recipe coming in story☝🏻). Then, more veggies (covered a bed of greens +topped with cauliflower, broccoli and brussels). Finally, protein consisted of an edamame, bean, and tempeh sauté mix with egg 🥚 to top (hard boiled eggs can be pretty too, right?!)
Step 3: eat n’ enjoy 😊
Did this take awhile? truly, no.
Can you eat it 7 different ways all week long? absolutely can.
Should you buy pre-spiralized carrots from the store? wouldn’t hurt!
