Feelinβ hot hot hot π€ used not one but two @pinchofnom recipes for this dish, those guys are amazing! Check out the nandos peri peri chicken and spicy rice recipes, both tasted great and I served them with SW chunky chips and salad π·
A really busy work day and felt uneasy all day but got through it! Day 95 on plan... really beginning to feel a difference in my body now. I know I still have a way to go but feel like my head is in the right place to do this now... I really feel like I am actually doing it... when I look back at some of the days and challenges I have got through and not given up, I feel this will be the time I finally make the much needed changes... my only regular worry is will I be able to sustain it, but that always brings me back to one day at a time, which is my focus at the moment and all I know is for 95 days I have stuck to plan... fingers crossed I can keep on this path! .
