**3 Point Row** Popular exercise often done incorrectly across the board.
One common fault is a tendency to bring the elbow up as high as possible. This can irratate the anterior (front) of the shoulder with no added benefit to the movement from a strength/aesthetics point of view.
Bringing the elbow up in line with your body allows for better positioning of the humerus within the socket- strengthening your shoulder/back whilst decreasing irratation.
