Hack squats and smith squats and knee squats, oh my! 🚨
I’m trying out the advice of covering up while I’m at the gym. A seasoned competitor and coach is helping me with this mindset. He’s well respected, is jacked, but you’ll never find him in less than a sweatshirt and baggy pants in the gym. I kind of like it. The idea is that while I’m building my body, the gym is a place to work and the stage is the place to showcase that work. Interestingly enough, it’s quite the opposite of girls who are in crop tops and bras exclusively.
I’m not saying I will be cocooned to this, but it is working for me right now! 😜🖤
