going really really D A R K in your training. You want the goods you need to put in the effort end of. I often have girls saying my legs are “goals” or they want my quads but are you willing to put in the work? that’s the question you need to ask yourself because ladies this right here is how I’ve managed to put some serious size onto my glutes and quads both of which I need as my Power banks for sprinting. The difference in my legs in only 6months since I started working weekly with @john_foley1 is phenomenal. Yes I had a good base from bodybuilding and 7 years of training and dancing but you really want the truth? it’s so freaking excruciating it’s mentally disgusting, and you have to go to all sorts of dark soul churning places but having a body that is strong,athletic and solid is 100% worth it to me.
