How can Smackdown be saved?
If you watch the last 3/4 episodes of Smackdown, you will notice that all the episodes have been so similar.
No Rusev for two weeks, no Shinsuke for two weeks, Tye has been off TV for what feels like forever. Yeah, AJ gets a great reaction - but keeping three people who get a huge pop is damaging the brand.
The selfie style promos with the half arsed subtitles are awful.
The women's division is non-existent. RAW has about four women's storylines right now, SmackDown has about half of one.
What needs to change? Is it just poor writing or will another Superstar Shake Up fix it all?
I'd love to see Rollins, Finn or even Braun on SmackDown - but I feel like then RAW might not be great even if AJ moves. Needless to say, the Monday Night Rollins tee means he probably won't switch, but yeah... I just wonder how easy a fix SmackDown is.
The grand finale. The big ticket. The dream match to end all dream matches where Brock Lesnar is concerned. If you’re looking for a big man to battle The Beast, the list must begin and end with The Eighth Wonder of the World, who manhandled Superstars across the world and carved out a legend in sports-entertainment that can never be replicated. Despite Andre’s relatively pleasant demeanor, his reputation in the ring was as ruthless as Lesnar’s, which means a hypothetical showdown between The Giant and The Conqueror would truly be a showdown between monsters. You could make an argument that Lesnar might be successful in upending Andre when all was said and done. But even Paul Heyman couldn’t argue that the reverse would be inconceivable. #eatsleepconquerrepeat#paulheyman#paulheymanbeast#nextbigthing#brocklesnar#beastincarnate#unleashthebeast#universalchampion#followme#mondaynightraw#raw#andreathegiant
