One week completed in this beautiful country with a very educated and diverse group of fitness professional.
The week consisted of daily meditation, journaling, workouts, handstands, nutrition lectures, supplement lectures, case studies, and I passed the Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
The learning from trips like this are far greater then the factual material given in the lectures. It’s a better way of seeing the problem and a more efficient way to help guide in the solution.
That being said I am ready to get back. Learning without applying would be a waste of effort.
