BUT they have reformulated the bars! So I'm reviewing them once again, last time my review scores were low... Let's see how they do this time
Handmade in Kerry (Ireland) and a seriously good ingredient list... Vanilla Almond review
Calories: 224/ C15.5(f8.8)/ P18/ F9. A very short, 'clean' ingredient list. No palm oil. Slightly less protein than standard protein bars but still an impressive profile
Texure: DEFINITELY better than the last time I tried this! It's more solid, far less squishy, and the crunchy bits seem better too. It's chewy in the way that it sticks to your teeth, but not in the way that gives you a jaw workout. I'm comparing it to eating almond butter.... sticky! The reformulation has definitely been a success here
Taste: The almond taste is really strong, its almost like eating almond butter. MMMMMyes. This flavour has substantially improved since last time I tried this bar. I have actually had vanilla almond butter recently and this is very similar!
Surprisingly enough I really enjoyed this!
7/10 (which is an improvement from 3/10 last time!!) If I wanted to eat almond butter, I would buy this bar instead <3

Keeping those hips-locked 🔒 under-load is imperative if your handling heavy loads during the squat and are trying to avoid any potential back injury. . You should be getting grandpa/ grandpa 👴🏼 ass at the top ✅of the movement not a nice little peach due to sticking your butt out (anterior Pelvic tilt) 😜 . Bring your hips into full extension at the top of every repetition and holding for a sec there before descending📉 again. . DON'T OVER squeeze them other wise you'll go into hyperextension / posterior pelvic tilt and can experience some lumbar pain💢 due to the unnecessary lumbar shear🔁 force being created. . Bringing your hips into full extension at the top of the movement will allow you to keep your joints in a safer 👌🏽position when under heavier loads by stacking📚 them on top of each other. . Tag a friend that needs start having a grandpa /grandma ass at the top of the squats!? 😂 ❤️💯
