I recently made this decision about dealing with the small stuff in my business - managing my calendar, answering every single email, blah blah blah. I used to be overweight & extremely unhappy with how my body looked/felt. I HONESTLY drank mountain dews & coke about 4 - 5 times a day & ate at any fast food restaurant that served tacos, hamburgers or fries. •
I was an ex-college athlete who was never taught anything about nutrition or the proper ways to fuel my body. My mom always told me to eat my veggies (of course) but green beans were my extent of 'trying' veggies. I would rather drink soda, eat greasy french fries, consume a whole pizza, OR kill a box of donuts (alone). 🍕 🌮 🍟 🍩 •
