We talked last week about Personal Hygiene and it’s benefits. While trying to make sure that you stay clean, healthy, and presentable, there is a great app that can help you make sure that you are reaching your goals. This app is called the “Hygiene Helper by MLAT.” If you take 5-10 minuets out of your day and “check off” the checklist provided in this app, you will have no problem remembering everything that you need to do! This app is a personal favorite because it breaks up the day into categories (morning and evening) and provides a detailed “to do list” for each part of the day. These are things that you should do during that time and will help keep you healthy, clean, and get you into a routine. For example: this app reminds you to brush your teeth, put on deodorant, shower, brush your hair, and wash your face. This app also give you tips as to why you need to do these things everyday. However, you can also customize the list to fit your specific lifestyle. It also tracks your progress and shows educational videos!
