Found some farro at @worldmarket and decided to try cooking with it. I'd say it came out great.
I started by chopping an onion and pressing garlic and tossing that in the pan with some olive oil. I added the farro, jackfruit, and some Jalfrezi simmer sauce I picked up at @aldiusa. I let it simmer for a minute then added some canned garbanzo beans. I let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the farro softened up. I used a frother on the liquid from the can and added some salt until it turned into a cream.
