There are 3 main reasons you are struggling with weight loss:
__ (1) MISINFORMATION - you are operating with wrong/bad information and your plan is flawed. For instance, if you heard/read that sit-ups or walking alone will help flatten your belly and you commit to doing 100s of sit-ups and walk hours daily then you will be totally disappointed with your progress. If someone said you can out-train a bad diet and now you decide to do eat everything in sight and do a 'killer' workout after wards - bad plan.
___ (2) You are not CONSISTENT - your body and health doesn't care if you lack motivation or you have any one of the millions of possible excuses (I call them RESISTANCE). The key is to find a way to keep going even when there is resistance. Practice 'reducing' or 'dailing-down' instead of stopping. For instance, if you can't do a 1-hour workout then do a 20/30-min workout instead, don't cancel the workout altogether. If you can't follow a meal plan now then just pick one nutrition habit (portion control) and implement that. Be consistent. The all-or approach is not getting you anymore.
___ (3) You need SUPPORT/COACHING - the right system and/or Coaching program will (a) help you create an effective workout, nutrition, and behavior modification plan based on the right info, (b) help you overcome the 'resistance' so you can implement the plan and be consistent (c) hold you accountable and push you to your goals.

hey fam I had mango sticky rice for dinner last night 😂😂 not gonna lie.
but haven't tested myself since the 10k calorie challenge so i feel like it was deserved. Okay no treats until after my birthday now... I promise 😉
did glutes, hamstrings and calves yesterday in a deloading session. (decreased weight, increased reps to reduce muscle fatigue and maintain endurance). and Quads today 😍👍🏻
