Been obsessed with capers lately so I decided to make salmon with a caper sauce 😛
- grilled asparagus and carrots with oil, pepper & fresh garlic.
- Cooked the salmon in oil, salt & pepper in the over for 15 minutes in 350 °.
- The sauce is made with fresh lemon juice, fresh chopped garlic, butter, capers, sat & pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon after taking it out of the over and viola ☺️
