I totally knew I had a bunch of stuff going on this weekend, & I definitely didn’t want to miss anything. •
Doubled up my workouts today and got my cardio core and booty in. Boy was that ROUGH! •
You know what, you don’t quit until you’re done. Something that stuck with me today while knocking these workouts out the park! •
I can focus on all the chaos going on tomorrow and Sunday now knowing I put in the work. Of course I will be sticking to my nutrition and my superfood shakes. •

Happy Friday y’all! Did this week fly by or is it just me? Do you have big plans for the weekend? I’m excited my oldest grandson has his first baseball game tomorrow and then it’s off to the grocery store which isn’t fun!
I have quite the busy weekend on the horizon! I’m trying to get as much done today as possible because I have a feeling that when Monday hits I’ll be wishing for another weekend 😂🙏🏼.
I have multiple dinners, hosting a bridal shower, and babysitting our nephew on the agenda, so at least it’s all fun stuff!
