Healthy High Volume Meal 🐔🥙🥗
•250 g chicken breast
•Nandos Chicken rub (to taste)
•4 slices of beetroot
•Handful of spinach
•Handful of garden salad mix
•5 leaves of cos lettuce
•Half a lime
•2 tablespoons of coconut oil
•Chop the chicken breast into small/medium pieces and combine with the Nando’s Chicken rub.
•Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and cook until chicken is white all through.
•In a separate bowl wash, drain and combine the handful of spinach, salad mix and cos lettuce.
•now simply plate and mix through the lime juice from the lime and through in the beetroot slices.
•Bon Appétit ! •Bonus: add chopped nuts (pine, cashew, almonds, walnuts etc) to increase calories and improve texture.
Try this when on a cut to really get that satisfied “full” feeling, without jeopardising your cut 😕😂. With only 530 calories (probably less, I over estimated it) this salad in my opinion tastes great, is packed with protein and is super healthy ! 👊🏻💪🏻🥗

I guess @lotteleek missed my posts cause she tagged me to share three things with you that make me happy 😂🤷🏻♀️ I’ll share something other than the obvious, the gym 😂.
1. My family, boyfriend and friends. I love them so much... They have been there for me through it ALL. Good days, bad days, emo days, hangry days. They know me, they accept me, and they love me for who I am as a person. And I in return love them with all I have ❤️ (Plus, I have the CUTEST nephew on earth and just his smile makes me so extremely happy!!) 2. My business. I’m so proud and so happy of how much we’ve grown. Not only as trainers, but as goal getters and supporters for our clients. We are so lucky to have such amazing clients who are willing to work so hard and who show up every damn time to kill it! I’m forever happy and grateful ❤️. 3. Music. I absolutely can’t sing. My cat even ran away from me one time when I was singing 😂 But I looove to just put on some music and cook, or train, or relax, or dance, or cry,... Whatever mood I am in, music always gets to me. It always lifts me up, makes me feel happy and free! Who else has this btw?
